| ANKARA RACECOURSE |
| The racecourse in the city of Ankara first
opened its gates to thoroughbred racing in 1998. It has a track circumference of 2200
metres and has grandstand seating capacity of approximately 2300 people. |
| The track is host to two Group 1 races. The first is the
Cumhuriyet Kupasi (the Republic Stakes, whilst the second is the Cumhurbaskanligi Kosusu
(the Presidency Stakes) contested each October. |
