This site is not an official website for the track shown here and is neither approved or endorsed by the stadium. I am indebted to Richard English for helping to construct this page.

The greyhound track at the Irish town of Ballybunnion was located at 9° 40' W 52° 30' N and first opened for racing in 1927 early in the history of the sport in this country. It closed for the first time in 1964, but then reopened on the same site two years later in 1966. It finally closed its gates in 1975.

This section gives a comprehensive picture of the badges produced by the track throughout the ages, but only provides the briefest of glimpses of its history. For those wishing to undertake further research we can recommend a visit to where further reading can be undertaken.
