The greyhound track at Harlow is situated at 0° 3' E 51° 46' N and operates under NGRC rules. The Essex track can be found at The Pinnacles in Harlow and races on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings. It first opened for racing in 1995.

 The traditional distances over which races take place are 238 metre sprints, standard 415 metres and a marathon over 946 metres.

Ratings are between 0 and 100, where 100 is an extremely fast time and reflects the speed of the track, tightness of the circuit and quality of greyhound visiting the tracks.
