MOOREFIELD RACECOURSE
The racecourse at Moorefield was opened in the early 1880's and was a proprietary course being owned by Peter Moore. The races were organised by the Moorefield Racing Club.
	The track continued to operate until the outbreak of the Second World War and then closed.
