| The Morioka racecourse can be found in the Iwate area of Japan and first witnessed racing in 1932. It enjoyed new facilities in 1996 and its principal race is the Group 1 Nambu Hai Mile Championship for 3 year olds and upwards over 1600 metres. | ||
