Whilst greyhound racing had taken place regularly at the old White City track in the City, a brand new track was opened at Colwick Park adjacent to the Horse racecourse. The greyhound track in the city of Nottingham is based at Colwick Park,and situated at 1° 6' W 52° 56' N. It operates under NGRC rules and first opened on 24th January 1980. | |||||
It hosts top class races and regularly sees the top dogs, even Greyhound Derby winners, compete in its prestigious races. |

Ratings are between 0 and 100, where 100 is an extremely fast time and reflects the speed of the track, tightness of the circuit and quality of greyhound visiting the tracks.
