The greyhound track in the Wiltshire town of Swindon is situated at 1° 47' W 51° 36' N and first opened for racing in April 1968. The Abbey Stadium, at Blunsdon operates under NGRC rules. The main event was the Silver Plume run over 685 metres, an event transferred from Knowle Stadium once it closed.
